This hotel is a real gem! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Ebisucho Subway station and right near the bustling Shinsekai area. The staff is super friendly and go the extra mile to help out. I appreciated the nice touches like the daily towel changes and the convenient items available to grab from the lobby. The shower was great, too—easy to use with good water pressure!
The walls could be a bit sturdier for better soundproofing.

I gotta say, the location of this hotel was a win! Just a short walk to Ebisucho station and tons of great food spots nearby-definitely a foodie's paradise. The staff were super friendly, cute us with warm smiles, and even let us check in early. Plus, the room was modern and clean, which really set the mood for our romantic escape.
The bathroom was a total letdown. It felt old and cramped, making it hard to even change or use the mirror without bumping into things. And don't even get me started on the TV situation; with poor connection, we couldn’t enjoy streaming like we hoped. Not ideal for a couple’s getaway!

The room with futon beds was a highlight, providing a comfortable sleep arrangement with twin beds and ample open space, allowing for easy movement and relaxation.
I did notice a minor drawback: the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which made it challenging to stream or work efficiently.

I can just recommend this hotel.

The staff, on the other hand, were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always energetic. the self-service laundry facility was a useful amenity, making it easy for us to wash our clothes during our stay. the hotel's proximity to several subway stations made it extremely convenient to explore the city.
The room and bathroom were uncomfortably small, and in need of improvement. the walls were so thin that you could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
